The role of structure and agent in the formation of social adaptations in Ahmad Shamloos Thought

Contemporary poets as social agents understand barriers to social changes and express their own teeling to them. Som times they suggest sulotions to save the situation. Ahmad Shamloo as a modernist poet lived in tirst and second Pahlavi and in th of Islamic revolution. In other words he experienced three regimes. He was a creative and thoughtful poet who expressed his socio- political ideas in his patry and works.this study aims to use“ structure-agent” theory to investigate his thought to identify political, social, traditional, cultural and historical structure which the poet believe in Finally, we try to introduce favorable and influential agents whether personal collective. The data have been gathered through library and documents and have been analyzed qualitatively. The results show that the aforementioned struetres requires basic adaptation which should be done by humanistic agent in different ways. Shamloo knows himself an agent who can cause favorable adaptations.
