Nowadays, technology has become an inseparable part of daily life. In order to examine any behavior in daily life, its relationship with technology must be determined. Therefore, in this article, to study the daily behavior of religious people, we tried to examine the type of their encounter with the technologies they use, including religious applications. For this study, the ethnographic method was used with interview and field observation tools. For interviews and field observation, the researcher visited the International Quran Exhibition and technology booths and interviewed twenty users of applications and employees of religious startups using snowball sampling. The data collected in this study shows that the audiences of these applications are divided into three categories based on the classification of the manufacturers of these technological tools: general, study, and research levels. The behavioral changes of religious people in Iran are different at each of these levels, and many criteria are involved in these changes, including the type of application, the duration of its use, and the level of spiritual feeling of users in encountering these environments. Considering these cases together can show the behavioral changes of Muslims in religious applications, which should be seen in line with the new religious order and the possibility of continuing religious life in the age of technology.
