This paper been produced with the aim of comparison between culture of media and media policy in developed and less-developed. Since mass media, particularly TV carry the amusing/training responsibility in the society they have been important. However, because of their cultural policies, which tend to mediocre culture due to benefiting from wide range of audiences, have been criticized. As such, this paper is to examine the cultural policies dominant in media as well as description of visual perspectives of culture of media and their qualitative comparison.
