چکیده

در هر جامعه‌ای به‌طور متوسط زنان نیمی از جمعیت را تشکیل می‌دهند. نیمی از جمعیت فعال را و نیمی از جمعیتی که تأثیر بسزایی در رشد و ارتقا نسل آینده و به‌تبع آن توسعه ملی یک کشور را می‌تواند در پی داشته باشد. دراین‌بین عوامل سیاسی و اجتماعی جزو مهم‌ترین عواملی هستند که زمینه را برای حضور زنان در مشارکت سیاسی مهیا می‌کنند و یا موانعی برای حضور آنان می‌شوند. نقش زنان در مشارکت سیاسی یک جامعه و به‌ویژه جامعه کنونی افغانستان که نیازمند حضور و مشارکت بیشتر افراد متخصص جامعه و به‌ویژه آنکه درصد قابل‌توجهی از آن را زنان تشکیل می‌دهد.هدف از این مقاله شناسایی و رتبه‌بندی عوامل مهم سیاسی و اجتماعی مؤثر بر مشارکت سیاسی زنان در افغانستان با استفاده از تحلیل معادلات ساختاری می‌باشد. تحقیق حاضر ازجمله تحقیقات توصیفی- میدانی می‌باشد که با استفاده از توزیع پرسشنامه محقق ساخت به جمع‌آوری داده‌ها پرداخته‌شده است. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل کلیه شهروندان بالغ شهر کابل می‌شود که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی با فرمول کوکران حجم نمونه 375 نفر برآورد شده‌اند. داده‌های به‌دست‌آمده با استفاده از روش مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری با رویکرد حداقل مربعات جزئی با نرم‌افزار Smart-PLS تحلیل و سپس جهت رتبه‌بندی از آزمون فریدمن در نرم‌افزار SPSS استفاده شده است. نتایج تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها نشان می‌دهد عوامل سیاسی با ضریب 3.06 مورد تائید و با رتبه 1.27 در رتبه اول قرار دارد و عوامل اجتماعی با ضریب 4.76 مورد تائید و با رتبه 1.28 در رتبه دوم تأثیرگذاری بر مشارکت سیاسی زنان افغان قرار دارند.

چکیده [English]

In every society, women make up half of the population. Half of the active population and half of the population that can have a significant impact on the growth and development of the next generation and the national development of a country. Political and social factors are among the most important factors that provide the ground for women's participation in political participation or are obstacles to their presence. ،The role of women in the political participation, especially the current society of Afghanistan, which requires the presence and participation of more experts in the society and that a significant percentage of it is women. The purpose of this article is to identify and rank important political and social factors affecting women's political participation. Afghanistan uses structural equation analysis. The present study is one of the descriptive-field researches that has been used to collect data using the distribution of a researcher-made questionnaire. The statistical population of the study includes all adult citizens of Kabul, which using a random sampling method with Cochran's formula, the sample is estimated at 375 people. The obtained data were analyzed using structural equation modeling method with partial least squares approach with Smart-PLS software and Friedman test in SPSS software was used to rank. The results of data analysis show that political factors are approved with a coefficient of 3.06 and are ranked first with a coefficient of 1.27 and social factors are approved with a coefficient of 4.76 and are ranked second with a coefficient of 1.28.
