Abstract
This research seeks to develop a local and efficient model for cyber governance that, while benefiting from global experiences, is designed in accordance with Iran's local structures, values, and conditions. The aim of this research is to present a structural equation of cyber governance based on an analysis of Iran's political and social spheres by identifying and analyzing the key factors affecting it. The present research was conducted quantitatively and with a survey method.. The present research was conducted quantitatively and with a survey method. The statistical population of this research includes experts and senior experts in the field of information technology communications in Tehran, who were distributed 400 questionnaires and analyzed 393 valid questionnaires using the Cochran formula. The snowball sampling method was used for sampling, and data analysis was also performed using SPSS 26 software. The findings showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between the variables of government policymaking (r=0.68), information transparency (r=0.61), public trust (r=0.73), cyberspace laws (r=0.68), and international cooperation (r=0.72) with the promotion of desirable cyber governance.
