Identifying the components of productivity measurement in Iranian cultural organizations. (The Case of study: Tehran Municipality Cultural and Artistic Organization).

Abstract
In recent years, funding for cultural activities has been hampered by declining municipalities' revenue due to the inflationary recession. In addition, the unfavorable economic conditions of the society have caused the citizens to follow and react more sensitively to the allocation of the budget to the governmental and public cultural organizations.Thus, increasing productivity and growth in the ratio of output to input, along with reducing costs and increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of public and governmental cultural organizations, has become not a necessity but an obligation. In this regard, the present study, with the aim of providing a model for measuring productivity in Iranian cultural organizations, has identified the components of measuring productivity in the Cultural and Artistic Organization of Tehran Municipality in 1398. For this purpose, the necessary data were collected from experimental studies related to the keyword of productivity and its dimensions and analyzed using the method of thematic analysis. The results showed that the factors related to productivity measurement in cultural organizations can be classified in 5 main components with 58 sub-categories as follows: (1) leadership style, (2) individual factors, (3) economic factors, (4) environmental factors and (5) Cultural and social factors. It should be noted that the use of these results can increase productivity in cultural organizations and provide savings in government and public sector resources. In addition, increase the efficiency and effectiveness of cultural activities.
