چکیده
معلولین از زمره اقلیت های هویتی هستند که همواره درگیر طرز تلقی سایر افراد جامعه نسبت به خود هستند. به همین جهت هدف این تحقیق مطالعه نگرش شهروندان نسبت به معلولیت است تا زمینه ساز شناسایی روش های فرهنگ سازی نسبت به اصلاح نگرش افراد شود. نوع این پژوهش توسعه ای و کاربردی است چرا که در صدد توسعه دانش در زمینه نگرش به معلولان است و از آن جهت کاربردی است که نتایج این پژوهش می تواند برای سیاست گذاران حوزه معلولین مفید باشد. استراتژی پژوهش حاضر اکتشافی و مبتنی بر مطالعات کیفی است. و از آنجا که این پژوهش اکتشافی، توصیفی و تبیینی است، بازه زمانی پژوهش تک مقطعی است. در نهایت روش گردآوری داده ها در بخش کیفی این پژوهش از طریق مصاحبه جمع آوری می شود. محقق از روش تحلیل تم یا مضمون استفاده کرد. در نهایت محقق، ابعاد مختلف نگرش نسبت به معلولین را در سه مضمون فراگیر شناسایی نمود که عبارتند از؛ مضمون عاطفی، شناختی و آمادگی برای عمل که هریک مضامین فرعی یا سازمان دهنده خود را داشت یعنی مضمون عاطفی دارای مضامین حس ترحم برانگیزی، حس سربار بودن و حس نادیده گرفته شدن است، مضمون شناختی شامل مضامین فرعی عدم درک توانایی ها و عدم درک ناتوانی های معلول است و مضمون آمادگی برای عمل شامل تم های عدم تمایل به دوستی، رفتار غیر محترمانه و رفتار معذب می باشد.

چکیده [English]
Disabled are identity minorities who are always involved in the attitudes of others in society. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to study the attitude of citizens towards disability. This type of research is developmental and applied. Because it seeks to develop knowledge about the attitude of the disability. And it is useful because the results of this study can be useful to policy makers in the field of disability. The present research strategy is based on qualitative studies. Given that this research is exploratory, descriptive and explanatory, the study is a single-sectional one. The method of data collection of this research is through in-depth interviews. The researcher used thematic analysis. The researcher identified different aspects of the attitude towards the disability in three general themes: Emotional, cognitive, and action-ready themes that each had its own themes. The emotional theme has themes of compassion, a sense of being overwhelmed and of being overlooked, Cognitive themes include the sub-themes of not understanding abilities and of not understanding disability and Preparedness for action includes themes of unfriendliness, disrespectful behavior and unpleasant behavior.
