معانی گستردهای از کودکی و تجربههای متنوعی از «گذر از کودکی» در داستانهای کودک به عنوان یکی از اشکال متون فرهنگی که همگام با تحول در مفهوم کودکی دستخوش تغییر شده، بازتولید میشود. هدف اصلی این مقاله، بررسی نحوهی روایت «گذر از کودکی» در رمان «زیبا صدایم کن» است. پیشفرض اصلی این پژوهش آن است که رمان به مثابه محتوای رسانهای به فهم مخاطب از ارزشها و هنجارهای جامعه شکل میدهد و بخش عظیمی از آنچه در نگرش اجتماعی و نگاه کودکان به جهان پیرامون شکل میگیرد به سبب قابلیت درگیر شدن مخاطب، ریشه در بازنمایی عرفهای اجتماعی در این متن دارد. در مقاله حاضر سعی میشود به شیوه توصیفی- تحلیلی به پرسش اصلی؛ گذر از کودکی در رمان «زیبا صدایم کن» چگونه روایت میشود؟ پاسخ داده شود. رویکرد روایتشناسی با تلفیق الگوهای روایی ژنت و بارت به دلیل ویژگیهای ساختاری و محتوایی این رمان انتخاب شده است و علاوه بر بررسی ساختار روایی به دلالتهای ضمنی در این پژوهش پرداخته میشود. نتایج نشان میدهد،گذر از کودکی در این رمان به گونهای روایت میشود که کودک باید به سرعت از مرحلهی کودکی گذر کند و در چهارچوب ساختارهای اجتماعی به عضو فعال جامعه تبدیل شود اما خودِ کودک به دنبال ساختارشکنی است. جنبههای متنوعی از بازاندیشی در خویشتن که از ویژگیهای بارز فردگرایی است، در این رمان بازگو میشود. رمان «زیبا صدایم کن» با تصویرسازی دنیای مستقل کودکی، روایت متفاوتی از کودکی به مثابه گروه خاص را بازگو میکند.
