چکیده

چکیده
در این مقاله از خلال تحلیل گفتمان کتاب احمد نوشته طالبوف تبریزی، بازنمایی ایده پیشرفت در ادبیات دوره مشروطه مورد بررسی قرار می‌گیرد. نشان داده می‌شود که چگونه متاثر از گفتمان پیشرفت تکنولوژیک، جامعه حول «تزیید صنایع مترقی» به سمت جامعه ایده‌آل حرکت می‌کند و طی کردن این مسیر مستلزم انجام تغییرات بنیادین در نحوه «تعلیم و تربیت اطفال» است به نحوی که «علم ملل متمدنه» آموزش داده شود و در عین حال با تاسیس کارخانه‌ها و شرکت‌ها به «ثروت عمومی» افزوده می‌گردد و مملکت عقب‌ماندگی خود را در دو جنبه «علم» و «ثروت» جبران می‌نماید. ایده پیشرفت از چهار وجه عقل‌باوری، عام‌باوری، نقش دولت و تقابل میان آنچه هست و آنچه باید باشد، بررسی گردید و مشخص شد که طالبوف قائل به تقدم خرد ابزاری به عنوان نیروی پیشبرنده جامعه‌ای است که به واسطه جهل و تنبلی از قافله تمدنی که غرب در قله آن است، عقب مانده است. البته این عقب‌ماندگی به لطف حکومت کارآمد و خواهان پیشرفتی که مبتنی بر قانون عمل نماید قابل جبران است. در این مسیر این «مهندسان وطن‌پرست»، «عالمان وطن‌دوست» و «شریعتمندان پرتلاش» هستند که عاملان اصلی پیشرفت محسوب می‌شوند و بایستی در برابر «تجار حمال فرنگی‌‌ها»، «مقلدان فرنگی‌مآب» و «خرافه‌پرستان تنبل» از ناموس وطن در برابر استعمار غرب دفاع کنند.

Representation of the Idea of Progress in Ahmad, the Talibov's Book
With Laclau and Mouffe’s Theory of discourse


Abstract
This article examines the representation of the idea of progress in constitutional literature through the discourse analysis of Ahmad, Talibov Tabrizi’s book. It demonstrates that how, with the nodal point of "progressive industrialization” in the discourse of technological progress, society moves towards an "ideal society". This requires fundamental changes in "the education of children" and teach them "science of the modern nations." At the same time, with the establishment of factories and companies, "public wealth" increases, and the country compensates for its deficiency in "science" and "wealth." The idea of progress was examined in four respects: rationalism, generalism, the role of government, and the contrast between what is and what should be. It was shown that Talibov believed in the primacy of instrumental reason as the driving force of society. The historical backwardness of society in relation to Western civilization, which can be compensated by the help of an efficient and lawful government. The main contributors to the progress are "patriotic engineers", "patriotic scholars" and "full effort believers" and they must defend the honor of the homeland against Western colonialism.
