Abstract:
In the modern age known as the new media age, the media have undertaken one of the most important bases of informative and communicative construction. The new media have created new aspects in relations among humans as well as governments, and societies get more political as the media expand more. So it’s not amazing to reexamine the authority coordinates in the presence of the significant phenomenon of the modern age, ie(that is to say) the new on aspect of authority, manifestation in various levels. This research aims to investigation the influence of Telegram and political participation of women in Tehran in low level. The used conceptual model is a combination of three, media theories: including cultivation theory(Gerbner),public sphere theory(Habermas) and political participation’s indicators theory(rush). The achieve results confirm the positive effect if Telegram on political participation of women users in low level in Tehran.
