The quality of "content" has changed as the core of a communication process in the new world with the expansion of virtual space. The purpose of this article is to scan the content environment in cyberspace in order to identify the determinants of the quality of content in the future of Iran with the horizon of 1404. The data collection in this study was conducted through interviewing experts, managers and specialists of related areas and reviewing existing literature, including international and national reports, internal and external papers, and theoretical topics. The method of data analysis has been to use the "theory of coding" procedures and procedures. Finally, the factors identified in the 51 main categories determining the future quality of the content were identified. These factors have been introduced in a layered manner at key levels of key determinants of the content environment and key drivers of the external environment at both national and international levels in the sixth issue of the Ezlitel framework (economic, political, social, technological, legal, and environmental). The results indicated that 11 key environmental factors that affect 40 environmental impacts in the six domains will determine the future quality of the content.
