Abstract

using  the  social  media such as tv  is  the most important  way in  devoloping  and upgrading  of civil  society  and  improvment of people's knowledge  in national  education,in this  research  plan the  meaning of civil society  and its characteristics is concered  with  the necessity of making  appropriate  situations  for our  new society,with use of the students  knowledges  and ideas  from their personal  and  social  charateristics, we  decide  to evaluate  their  acceptance  of cultural social  and political  changes and also  their roles  in civil society
our statistical  society is done with cluster sampeling  method  in 3 levels and 506 students  are chosen  for  answering the questions. the questionnarie results shows that 85 % of  them  believe that  acceptance of new ideas is possible when they use media,2/79 %  of  them  consider  being responsible  and  proffesional as the factors of better  control of  country  and 65%  believe in rules  without  its  controling function.
As  they  are  more educated,they become more ready for changes and participating  in social affairs, also findings show,there is no meaningful relation  between  being civilized and participating  in social  affairs and educational field
