Abstract

The purpose of this article is to find out how foreign countries create ethnic challenges in Iranian Azerbaijan through cultural and communication contexts. The main question of the article is: How do foreign countries create ethnic challenges in Iran through cultural-communication platforms? Research hypotheses are: exploitation of the Azerbaijani Republic and Turkey by ethnic components shared with Iranian Azerbaijan and abuse of US, British and Israeli states by the capacity of ethnic diversity in Iran and stimulation of ethnic tendencies are the most important cultural contexts of the challenge. Ethnic groups in Azerbaijan are Iran. The research method is a field-based in-depth interview tool that was used after accessing all the interview results, interview data analysis and quantitative content analysis.
The findings of the research indicate that Azerbaijan's use of ethnic components in common with Iran Azerbaijan, its numerous provocative actions and media propaganda of the Republic of Azerbaijan against Iran Azerbaijan in terms of 31, 27 and 5 respectively. / 17% of Experts; Promoting and Encouraging Turkish Satellite Networks and Welcoming Turkish Speakers of Azeri Languages, Turkish Provocative Acts and Utilizing Ethnic Components Common to Iranian Azerbaijan 32, 5 / 24% and 19% of interviewees; US, British and Israeli investments to stimulate ethnic bias in Azerbaijan Iran, attempt to change Iran's regime and use ethnic minorities' rights and new Middle East plan and shrink states respectively by 31, 25 and 23 percent of respondents, respectively. of the most important contexts of ethnic challenges is in Azerbaijan Iran.
