Abstract

The concept of the quality of life has a special place in the literature on sustained development. The quality of life is one’s understanding of his or her present status and his or her positive evaluation of his life and environment. The purpose of the preset paper is to explore the interrelationships between variables and the survey and data have been collected through questionnaires and interviews. The reliability of the questionnaire was measured through Cronbach’s Alpha (a=0.78).
The research population was the population of Kashan in 2012 and the Cochran’s formula gave the sample size of 610 people who were selected through proportionate random sampling. Results of Pearson Correlation showed positive relations between religiosity, self-satisfaction, social tendencies, needs fulfillment and the quality of life (r=0.388, 0.487, 0.261, 0.334 and 0.709 respectively). Regression results were 0.12, 0.30, 0.14, 0.16 and 0.60 respectively.
