چکیده
پژوهش حاضر با رویکرد تحلیل گفتمان انتقادی یک هلدینگ نفتی ایرانی (دارای هشت کسب و کار تابعه) را مورد مطالعه قرار داده است تا انواع گفتمان های سازمان را شناسایی کند. هدف از این کار کشف ارتباط احتمالی بین تعاملات و تعارضات گفتمانی و شکست استراتژی و عدم اجرای صحیح آن است. نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد گفتمان های سه‌گانه غالب، استراتژیک و در حاشیه در سه سطح مدیریت عالی، میانی و کارکنان وجود دارد که به دلیل تعارض و گاه تضاد میان آن‌ها، درک مشترک از مآموریت، اهداف و استراتژی های سازمان از میان رفته است. بنابراین پژوهش حاضر با نگاه تفسیرگرایی خلاء موجود در ادبیات «کلاسیک» استراتژی را نمایان کرده و با افزودن نگاه گفتمانی، ضرورت شناخت و درک گفتمان‌های متعدد سازمان را به عنوان عاملی مهم در اجرای استراتژی شناسایی کرده است. نتایج این پژوهش مسئولیت استراتژیست را نه فقط به عنوان یک تحلیل‌گر عرصه رقابت بلکه به عنوان یک محقق فرهنگی، اجتماعی بازشناسی می‌کند.
