چکیده
جامعه‌شناسان بر اهمیت خودشکوفایی در هویت‌بخشی و سلامت جوامع مدرن تاکید کرده‌‌اند. پژوهش‌های انجام گرفته درباره خودشکوفایی در فرهنگ‌های مختلف، تفاوت‌هایی را در سطح خودشکوفایی در جوامع نشان داده‌‌اند و تعریف خودشکوفایی مبتنی بر فرهنگ را لازم دانسته‌‌اند. در پاسخ به این ضرورت، پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحی الگوی خودشکوفایی مبتنی بر کمال از دیدگاه اخلاق اسلامی و مقایسه آن با تجارب زیسته هنرمندان خودشکوفا، انجام گرفت. این پژوهش به روش کیفی و با نمونه پژوهشی کتاب جامع السعادات نراقی در بخش اخلاق و شش تن از هنرمندان خودشکوفا انجام گرفت. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها به روش تحلیل مضمون انجام شد. پس از کدگذاری مفاهیم، مضامین شناسایی شده، طبقه‌بندی و نام‌گذاری شدند. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد خودشکوفایی از دیدگاه اخلاق دارای چهار حوزه "انسان و خدا"، "انسان و خود"، "انسان و تعالی" و "انسان و جامعه" است. تجربه زیسته هنرمندان مشابهت بالایی با الگوی اخلاق دارد، مضمون خلاقیت در آن افزون بر مضامین الگوی اخلاقی است و همچنین در مصاحبه با هنرمندان بر کنش اجتماعی تاکید بیشتری شده‌است. براین اساس، با مبنا قرار دادن ویژگی های سبک زندگی از دیدگاه اخلاق اسلامی و تقویت جایگاه خلاقیت و رویکرد اجتماعی در آن، می توان به نیاز امروز جامعه به خودشکوفایی، برای ایجاد تعادل بین خواسته های متعارض حاصل از تغییرات فرهنگی و نقش های متعدد تحمیل شده به انسان، پاسخ داد.
