		<Abstract>Can the existing media mechanism help us manage a crisis? Is hard method sufficient to manage crisis or communicative and soft ones should be applied? Is it likely to establish all-encompassing plan for communication crisis management? In this paper by reviewing the existing body on crisis and communication crisis management in different situations we well find that the role communication has been underestimated. Inreality, communication is so important that it can sometimes prevent a crisis before its explosion.The experiences of crisis management teams in different parts of the world has revealed that there is a certain common principles for most of crisis and so the crisis management team can design a general program for themselves by considering these principles. </Abstract>
