This study was performed with a qualitative approach and the samples werethird network TV ads and Gem TV - Persian-language satelliteof channels - in the first two months of the summer of ninety-four. Of both the networks، two homogeneous ads targeted andnon-random sampling method were selected to analyze thesemiotics. From the third network collected 112 commercial andfrom Gem network 48 commercial and were classified in eightcategories. Results showed that advertising on both the cultural context in accordance with the View of Barrett's messages weredistorted. That has enormous implications and uses symptomswere trying to distort reality to myth-making. Internal advertising alsocomply with certain ethical standards and according to thecultural contexts in society، Still the ads served to the capitalist system and its fundamental purpose is to promote and myth-making. Therefore advertising don’t have the role of awareness. So that in the satellite network service ethicist the profitabilityand distorted culture of society. هدف مطالعه حاضر، نشانهشناسی تبلیغات در شبکههای ماهوارهای فارسی زبان و داخلی بر اساس دیدگاه رولان بارت است. تحقیق حاضر با رویکردی کیفی صورت گرفته است و جامعهی هدف پژوهش حاضر، آگهیهای پخش شده از شبکه سه سیما و جم تیوی از کانال ماهوارهای فارسی زبان در دو ماههی اول تابستان 94 بوده که از هر دو شبکه، دو پیام متجانس به روش نمونهگیری هدفمند و غیرتصادفی جهت تحلیل نشانهشناختی انتخاب گردید. پس از جمعآوری تبلیغات بازرگانی در مدت معین، از شبکه 3 سیما تعداد 112 پیام بازرگانی و شبکه جم تی وی 48 پیام جمعآوری و در هشت طبقه موضوعی دستهبندی و مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. نتایج حاکی از آن بود که تبلیغات بررسی شده در هر دو بستر فرهنگی منطبق با دیدگاه بارت از نوع پیامهای مخدوش بودند که دارای معانی ضمنی فراوانی بودند و با استفاده از نشانهها سعی در اسطورهسازی جهت تحریف واقعیت را داشتند. نتایج همچنین حاکی از این بود که، تبلیغات شبکه ماهوارهای نه تنها موازین اخلاقی و فرهنگی موجود در کشور مخاطب را نادیده میگیرند بلکه در کنار تبلیغ کالا، سعی در تحریف فرهنگ و تغییر آن، ایجاد سبکی جدید در زندگی مردم ایران و جایگزینی برای اسطورههای ملی مذهبی ایرانی بودند. در تبلیغات داخلی نیز با وجود رعایت برخی موازین اخلاقی و توجه به بسترهای فرهنگی موجود در جامعه، باز هم تبلیغات در خدمت نظام سرمایهداری عمل کرده و هدف اساسی آن بیشتر صرف تبلیغ و اسطورهسازی بود. به طوری که این رویداد در شبکههای ماهوارهای اخلاق را نیز در خدمت سودآوری و تحریف فرهنگ جامعه هدف قرار داده است.
