In order to study the way students use social networks, a randomly selected sampling method among students from 7 top universities in Tehran and a tool for interviewing 14 university professors in the field of cyberspace used to provide strategies for cultural policy.According to research findings, the majority of students' approach is simply to share the content of others. 25.5 percent of students said their first priority was that they were simply sharing the content of others, and only 11.7 percent of students said they were focusing primarily on content production. 23 percent of students also tend to spend on content and 18 percent of students tend to download. This indicates that Iranian students are consuming in social networks and messengers. Therefore, it seems that social networks and messengers in the country have not been able to become knowledge management tools at universities. The reasons for this and the provision of policy strategies through in-depth interviews with professors have been taken into consideration. Also, the results of the deep interview indicate that in the field of strategic politics, we need to promote critical thinking and increase media literacy among students, professors and university officials. In addition, simultaneous policies in hardware and software are necessary.}, keywords = {Social networks,Tehran university Students,Top Universities,Cultural Policy,Knowledge Management and Information}, title_fa = {شبکه های اجتماعی و سیاستگذاری فرهنگی: بررسی وضعیت مدیریت دانش در شبکه های اجتماعی مورد استفاده دانشجویان دانشگاه های ممتاز شهر تهران}, abstract_fa = {  یافته‌ها: براساس یافته‌های پژوهش، رویکرد اکثریت دانشجویان، صرفاً اشتراک‌گذاری مطالب دیگران است. 25.5 درصد دانشجویان در اولویت اول خود اعلام کردند که تمایل آنها صرفاً اشتراک‌گذاری مطالب دیگران است و تنها 11.7 درصد دانشجویان اعلام کردند که در اولویت اول خود به تولید محتوا گرایش دارند. ۲۳ درصد دانشجویان نیز به‌مرور صرف مطالب گرایش داشته و ۱۸ درصد دانشجویان به دانلود گرایش دارند. این امر بیانگر مصرف‌گرا بودن دانشجویان ایرانی در شبکه‌های اجتماعی و پیام‌رسان‌ است. عمده محتوای مصرفی دانشجویان، اخبار، اطلاعات و تحلیل‌های سیاسی است. به‌گونه‌ای که 21.4 درصد دانشجویان اذعان کردند که در اولویت اول خود اخبار، اطلاعات و تحلیل‌های سیاسی را با دیگران به اشتراک می‌گذارند. 17.8 درصد دانشجویان به‌سوی اشتراک‌گذاری طنز و جوک گرایش دارند و تنها 13.4 درصد دانشجویان به‌سوی اشتراک‌گذاری مطالب درسی و علمی گرایش دارند. بنابراین به نظر می‌رسد شبکه‌های اجتماعی و پیام‌رسان‌ در کشور نتوانسته‌اند به ابزار مدیریت دانش در دانشگاه‌ها تبدیل شوند. دلایل این امر و ارائه راهبردهایی از جنس سیاست‌گذاری از طریق مصاحبه عمیق با اساتید، مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. همچنین نتایج مصاحبه عمیق حکایت از آن دارد که در حوزه سیاست‌های راهبردی نیازمند ترویج تفکر انتقادی و افزایش سواد رسانه‌ای در میان دانشجویان، اساتید و مسئولین دانشگاه‌ها هستیم. علاوه بر این، سیاست‌گذاری‌های هم‌زمان در عرصه‌های سخت‌افزاری (ایجاد شبکه‌های تخصصی و ...) و نرم‌افزاری (اختصاص بودجه به حوزه تولید محتوا، تدوین آیین‌نامه‌هایی برای تشویق اساتید و دانشجویان به تولید محتوای علمی، اصلاح ساختار اجتماعی متناسب با سبک زندگی شبکه‌ای و ...) ضرورت دارد.}, keywords_fa = {شبکه‌های اجتماعی,دانشجویان تهرانی,دانشگاه‌های ممتاز,سیاست‌گذاری فرهنگی,مدیریت دانش و اطلاعات}, url = {https://www.jcsc.ir/article_37354.html}, eprint = {https://www.jcsc.ir/article_37354_033566b80a2b45164d17de0e135247c1.pdf} }
