Before the (1979) Islamic Revolution, a solution to the problem of ethnic Plurality towards accomplishing an integrated national identity was sought by relying on identity policies originating from the imperative Reza Khan-style pseudo-modern process. However, in a cultural turn after the Islamic Revolution, identity policies were mainly focused on indigenous values. On this basis, various cultural policies have been adopted and implemented in line with construction of an integrated national identity. With regard to the importance of type of individuals’ cultural consumption in specifying their identity attachment, this paper evaluates the cultural policies of the Islamic Republic of Iran by using some data on musical consumption (as an example of cultural consumption) of various ethnic groups and their success or failure in constructing national identity. The data of this research belongs to survey of a plan conducted in 1388 (2009 – 2010) to examine and measure the country’s public cultural indexes. After examining the data it was concluded that with due regard to the meaningful tendency of various ethnic groups towards consumption of musical Genres belonging to the official culture, the cultural policies of the Islamic Republic of Iran in constructing national identity have been successful and have created a sense of attachment to elements of national culture in various ethnic groups.}, keywords = {Cultural Policy,National identity,Ethnic Plurality,Cultural Consumption,Musical Consumption}, title_fa = {ارزیابیِ سیاست‌های فرهنگیِ جمهوری اسلامی ایران در برساختِ هویت ملی در مواجهه با تکثر قومی (با استفاده از داده‌هایی در زمینه مصرف موسیقاییِ قومیت‌های مختلف)}, abstract_fa = {تکثر قومی از خصوصیاتِ بارزِ هویتِ ایرانی است. پیش‌از انقلابِ اسلامی، حل مسئله تکثر قومی در جهت دست‌یابی به هویتِ ملیِ یکپارچه با تکیه بر سیاست‌های هویتیِ منبعث از فرآیندِ تجددمآبیِ آمرانه‌ی رضاخانی صورت می‌پذیرفت. پس از انقلابِ اسلامی در چرخشی فرهنگی، سیاست‌های هویتی بیشتر بر ارزش‌های بومی تکیه نمود. بر این اساس، سیاست‌های فرهنگیِ مختلفی در جهتِ برساختِ هویت یکپارچه ملی اتخاذ و اجرا شده است. با توجه به اهمیت نوعِ مصرفِ فرهنگی افراد در مشخص کردنِ تعلقِ هویتیِ آنان، در این مقاله، سیاست‌هایِ فرهنگیِ جمهوریِ اسلامیِ ایران با استفاده از داده‌هایی در زمینه مصرفِ موسیقاییِ (به عنوانِ نمونه‌ای از مصرف فرهنگی) قومیت‌هایِ گوناگون، در موفقیت یا عدم موفقیت در برساختِ هویتِ ملی، موردِ ارزیابی قرار گرفته است. داده‌های این تحقیق، متعلق به پیمایشِ طرح بررسی و سنجشِ شاخص‌هایِ فرهنگِ عمومیِ کشور هستند که در سال 1388 به انجام رسیده است. پس از بررسی داده‌ها با توجه به گرایشِ معنادارِ قومیت‌های گوناگون به مصرفِ گونه‌های موسیقاییِ متعلق به فرهنگِ رسمی، می‌توان به‌ این نتیجه رسید که سیاست‌های فرهنگیِ جمهوریِ اسلامیِ ایران در برساختِ هویتِ ملی موفق عمل کرده و احساسِ تعلق هویتی به عناصر فرهنگِ ملی در قومیت‌های گوناگون به وجود آورده است. }, keywords_fa = {سیاست‌ فرهنگی,هویتِ ملی,تکثر قومی,مصرفِ فرهنگی,مصرفِ موسیقایی}, url = {https://www.jcsc.ir/article_19684.html}, eprint = {https://www.jcsc.ir/article_19684_f11e6552872564bee158b772507f74da.pdf} }
